CANCELLATION POLICY

DAILY EXCURSIONS / PRIVATE EXCURSIONS

Cancellations and/or Changes:

Cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email: bjfishingcorralejo@gmail.com

Verbal cancellations or changes will not be accepted.

If the cancellation or change is made more than 24 hours before the departure time of the excursion, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

If the cancellation or change is made less than 24 hours before the departure time of the excursion, no refund will be given.

Rainy or cloudy weather is not a valid reason for cancellation or change by the client. We strictly follow the recommendations of the maritime captain or official warnings from the competent authority regarding the necessity to cancel an excursion due to adverse weather conditions.
